Laterals distribute the water uniformly along their length by means of drippers or emitters. These are normally manufactured from LDPE and LLDPE. Generally, pipes having 12, 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm internal diameter with wall thickness varying from 1 to 3 mm are used as laterals
